Two Feet Ahead proudly stands behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with an item you received, we want to know about it. We strive to make our return process simple and hassle free. We allow free returns on any Two Feet Ahead product purchased on TwoFeetAhead.com as long as it meets the following qualifications:

 

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Product must be submitted for return within 30 days of purchase (including items purchased with a promotion code).
  • All returns must be in saleable condition with original tags (returns containing items that are laundered, altered, or in an unsalable condition will not be eligible for a refund).
  • Final Clearance items are final sales, and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Only domestic purchases are eligible for return.
  • At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer or website other than TwoFeetAhead.com.
  • Products received as gifts and original shipping charges are non refundable and non-transferable.
  • Products received as gifts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue is determined to be the error of Two Feet Ahead.

 

How does it work?

 

  1. Please email your return to Support@twofeetahead.com.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation with instructions on where to ship your return as well as a prepaid shipping label
  3. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a refund (excluding original shipping costs) in the original form of payment. Original shipping costs will refunded if the issue is our error. Once issued, refunds take 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.

Free returns are limited to 1 prepaid shipping label per order. If you have already made 1 free return please email us at CustomerService@twofeetahead.com. 

LOST/STOLEN RETURNS:

We are not responsible for lost/damaged returns or packages. Two Feet Ahead does not assume any liability for lost or stolen return packages that are sent to our warehouse.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to make an exchange please follow the return process and place a new order online.
